Andrew Robertson on public-private partnerships (PPPs) in education

Mr. Andrew Robertson, Deputy Chief Executive for the Partnership for Schools (PfS), is a high-ranking public sector school official in the United Kingdom. PfS is responsible for delivering the UK Government’s secondary school renewal program, Building Schools for the Future (BSF). Andrew is working on behalf of the UK Government and local public-sector authorities and is coordinating with the private sector to rebuild or renew each of England’s 3,500 state secondary schools during the 15-year lifetime of the $90 billion program.

In this presentation, Mr. Robertson gives an overview of his mandate and his program and offers insights into how he uses PPPs to advance education goals.
