- National Council for Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP)—The Council advocates and facilitates the formation of public-private partnerships at the federal, state and local levels. Also, it attempts to raise government and business awareness of how their cooperation can provide the public with quality, cost-effective goods, services and facilities.
