Richard Abadie: A global public-private partnership (PPP) market

Mr. Abadie has recently taken over responsibility for the global PPP business since his return from assignment to the UK Government HM Treasury department. Richard is a partner within the PPP group at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is based in London.  He also sits on the executive committee of PricewaterhouseCoopers' global industry groups for 'Government' and for 'Engineering & Construction'.
