Rick Taylor, Executive Vice President
Rick is responsible for leading the business development efforts for Balfour Beatty Capital in the US and in Canada as well as Balfour Beatty Communities. Under Rick’s leadership, Balfour Beatty Communities has grown to become one of the largest PPP providers of military housing in the United States. He has over 20 years of construction and civil engineering experience and holds a Master and Bachelor degree both in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.

Mike Lloyd, Vice President
Mike specializes in project management, a field in which he has over 25 years of experience. Since 1998, he has bid, negotiated and operated over 20 PPP projects in the U.S. and the UK. He holds a UK MSc. in Construction and Project Management. Mike is dedicated to ensuring that clients receive a first class service and strongly believes that a successful PPP contract is based on a partnership.

Peter Winder, Vice President
Peter joined Balfour Beatty Capital in the U.S. in 2006, having worked in key roles in project finance and project development for many years. Prior to joining Balfour Beatty Capital, he worked for Bechtel Enterprises. He has more than 25 years of experience in project financing and project development and 15 years in international banking in the U.S. and Australia. He trained as an engineer and has an MBA.

Susanna Han, Vice President
Balfour Beatty Capital - Canada
Appointed Vice President in September 2009, Susanna Han is leading the Balfour Beatty Capital initiative in Canada. Han brings a decade of project management and financial expertise to the Canadian marketplace. Before joining Balfour Beatty Capital, Han served as Vice President, Project Finance at Carillion Canada where she led the company’s P3 financings. Han also spent five years as a Project Finance Manager for Balfour Beatty Capital in London and served as a Director in the Global Infrastructure Projects Groups for KPMG in Toronto. A chartered accountant, Han holds an Honour’s bachelor’s degree in Business from the Richard Ivey School of Business at University of Western Ontario
