Mike Lloyd, Vice President
Mike specializes in construction project management, a field in which he has over 25 years of experience. Since 1998, he has bid, negotiated and operated over 20 PFI projects in the UK. He holds a UK MSc. in Construction and Project Management.
Peter Winder, Vice President
Peter is based in the Bay area of northern California. Prior to joining Balfour Beatty Capital, he worked for Bechtel Enterprises. He has more than 25 years of experience in project financing and project development and 15 years in international banking in the US and Australia. He trained as an engineer and has an MBA.

Balfour Beatty led the massive seismic retrofit of San Francisco's world-famous Golden Gate Bridge, building a continuous truss system that strengthened five individual trusses on the Golden Gate's north approach.
