We are experts in providing turnkey project financing, development, construction management and facilities management services for the efficient delivery of essential facilities. Our innovative and creative solutions speed the delivery of elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, vocational schools, charter schools, recreation centers, colleges, universities and other PPP projects in education.

We have also conducted award-winning research in the area of K-12 school design and construction, such as the Millennium National School research project, which polled teachers throughout the country about the link between facilities and learning. This report was made available free of charge to clients throughout the U.S. and is now part of the National Clearinghouse for Educational Facilities.
