 Full support for the facility
Typically we will be responsible for constructing the healthcare facility, the subsequent lifecycle replacement of the building elements, and supplying a range of non-clinical services, including routine maintenance, cleaning, catering and security. We coordinate all design, operation and maintenance efforts to minimize disruptions in the clinical environment. We maintain the facility so healthcare professionals can concentrate on clinical services.

Project experience
We have built, operated and maintained seven major public-private partnership hospitals in the UK, including the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. These facilities had become aged and inefficient, requiring a complete overhaul of the facilities and their operations.
